The BVQT range, It can operate with butterfly valve, ball valve and cock valve and other kinds of quarter-turn

valves.lts case body is made of die-casting aluminum, compact and light, which boasts of astriking design. QT

range is featured by high efficiency, high reliability, high protection class and low noise. Both remotecontrol

and local control are available. This product has been applied to many fields, such aspetroleum,chemicals,ele

ctricity,water treatment and paper-making industry.

The protection class is lP67 rated for basic and integral types.

MECHANICAL OPENING INDICATION

When the product is a regular type, the valve opening is based on the mechanical opening indication.

When the product is intelligent and integrated, the valve opening is based on the LCD screen display. The

mechanical opening indicator is only used as an auxiliary observation.


INTRODUCTION TO THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION

1. Motor: use 220V single-phase motor or 380V three-phase valve special motor.

2. Reduction mechanism: two-stage turbine and worm reduction mechanism.

3. Stroke control and position indication mechanism: The camshaft is directly led out from the output

shaft for 90° rotation, and the limit cam is also rotated by 90° for stroke control. The opening indicator

is coaxial with the cam shaft and is rotated 90° for valve position indication. Potentiometers for longdistance

electrical signal output (provided by the user when ordering, generally not available).

4. Torque control structure: used to control the size of the electrical equipment torque. lt consists of two

cams and amicro switch in the open and closed directions.

5. Hand-electric switching and manual mechanism: semi-automatic electric priority, the handwheel can

be operated after the switching handle is completed. The switching handle is automatically reset when

electrically operated.
